We use DHL for all of our domestic and international deliveries with the exception of delivering to Russia – we currently use UPS. Below are details on all of our worldwide deliveries. Each order placed will receive an order confirmation, order number and status updates. Each order will be sent on a tracked service via DHL.

All parcels are sent via DHL on a next day delivery service. This costs £4.95 no matter how many parcels we send. In-stock items are dispatched the same day** and delivered the next working day.
- A signature will be required on delivery, someone else can sign for your package.
- If for some reason you’re not home when DHL call, they will attempt redelivery twice and will leave you a contact card to reschedule a delivery.
*Providing you place an order before midday and the item isn’t coming from our other store/ warehouse.
**During sale we will try as hard as we can to process and dispatch orders the same day. However this is not always possible due to the influx of orders and is dependant on stock availability.

For your convenience we have provided a calculation facility in your shopping bag – simply select the country destination for your order and we will calculate the shipping and Value Added Tax. Sales Tax and VAT
All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable.
When you are at you shopping bag page, you can select the intended destination for your order, and we will automatically calculate the relevant shipping and VAT
Duties and Customs
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. Please note that this is the main reason non-EU customers receive a 20% VAT discount. We cannot mark the value of the parcel as a gift or of a lower value as this is against the law. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected; we reserve the right to minus all costs incurred.

Returns and Exchanges
Any unwanted gifts bought from now (December 1st) until the 24th December 2012 can be returned for a refund or exchange provided the items are received at Hanbury St store by the 7th January 2013.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty outside of the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period as dictated by the UK Distance Selling Regulations.
We’re happy to offer exchange or credit note for any unwanted Sale items, provided the items are re saleable condition. You must obtain a Return number within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorized by our customer service team. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

We will only accept returns of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging in tact. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed. All shoes must be returned in their original boxes. You can send or drop your items with the completed Returns Form (supplied with your delivery) to:

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. Depending on whom you bank with, refunds may take a further few days to show up on your card statement.
