70s Victoriana doesn’t get much more wearable than this sweet dress by British Boutique Designer Vivien Smith. Navy wool with a tiny white polka dot and puffed sleeves which fastens with small pressed flower buttons at the cuff and a self fabric belt with deco inspired buckle.
