– All parcels are sent via DHL on a next day delivery service once dispatched.
– We endeavour to dispatch orders place before 12pm on the same day, however this will be dependent on stock availability and demand.
– All orders are sent via a next day DHL service and a signature will be required on delivery.
– If for some reason you’re not home when DHL call, they will attempt redelivery twice and will leave you a contact card to reschedule a delivery.
– All parcels are sent via DHL for international deliveries with the exception of Russia.

Delivery Guidelines During Sale Period
During sale processing orders can take a little longer than expected. Providing your order is in stock you can expect to receive your parcel within 3 – 5 working days, but it can take up to 7 working days. This may take a little longer if you’re based outside of the UK and EU.
Sales Tax and VAT
All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable.
When you are at you shopping bag page, you can select the intended destination for your order, and we will automatically calculate the relevant shipping and VAT
Duties and Customs
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. Please note that this is the main reason non-EU customers receive a 20% VAT discount. We cannot mark the value of the parcel as a gift or of a lower value as this is against the law. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected; we reserve the right to minus all costs incurred.

Returns and Exchanges
If in any way you are unhappy with your goods you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days after delivery for an exchange or full refund. Items returned outside this period will only be accepted under the discretion of the customer service team.
Exchanges of online purchases are also accepted in store. Refunds of online purchases are not accepted in store at present.
Shipping costs for UK/EU orders will be refunded if entire orders are returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.
We will only accept items that are unused and returned with all original tags and any packaging intact. We will not accept items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed. All shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
We are not responsible for return postage. We cannot accept any responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we advise that you send your item(s) using a tracked service and an insured service for higher priced returns.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will e-mail you to confirm your item(s) have been approved. We aim to process returns within 7 days of confirmation however it can take up to 14 days during busy periods.
Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3 – 5 working days after processing or 1 working day for PayPal orders.

Christmas Gift Returns
Any items bought as gifts from Monday 23rd November can be returned for a refund, provided they are returned to YMC by Monday the 5th of January.
Returns for Sale Items:
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
We’re happy to offer an exchange, refund or credit note for any unwanted Sale items, provided the items are re saleable condition and provided that you obtain a Return number within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.
