Can I change the delivery address?

You have up until confirmation of dispatch for us to change your delivery address. Please e-mail us at orders@youmustcreate.com with reference to your 5 digit order number as soon as possible.

After dispatch please contact DHL directly. The UK customer service number is 0844 248 0844.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide using DHL Express. If you have an enquiry about if we ship to you please contact us.

*Note to Russian customers: due to strict shipping guidelines we can only ship to company addresses within Russia. Private addresses will not be accepted.

What is the dispatch and shipping time and cost?

We aim to dispatch orders made before 10 AM on the same day. This cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods. Orders made after 10 AM are aimed to be dispatched the following day.

If in the event items in your order need to be transferred from a store or allocated from our external warehouse, you may expect an additional 2 – 5 working days for dispatch. You will receive an e-mail to inform you of this.

The following time estimates are based on the date of dispatch, please account for the time taken to dispatch orders. International shipments may be held by your local customs authority for an additional time depending on the customs laws in your country.

How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail/text from DHL with your waybill number. This can be used to refer to your shipment and track it on the DHL website.

Will I be charged any extra taxes/duty fees upon delivery?

Orders delivered outside the European Union may attract import duty and local sales taxes. This is to be paid on receipt of the shipment by the receiver. Rules and charges vary by country and local governments. Please note that non-EU customers receive a European Union value added tax (VAT) reduction on all items.
