Shipping Information

Our shipping times and methods vary depending on where in the world you are ordering to. Please take a moment to review the below lead times and prices in order to know when you can expect your order.

During sale periods, orders may take up to 5 working days longer than our usual shipping times.

UK PUBLIC HOLIDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER

Please note that due to the Bank Holiday to mark the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II,​ there will be no deliveries on Monday 19 September. Our customer service lines will be closed as well as our warehouse. Please allow an extra day for deliveries. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

OUR EU CUSTOMERS PAY ZERO DUTIES!!

It is a matter of pride for us here at YMC that our friends across Europe should not be penalised for continuing to shop with us. We have developed a delivery system whereby any additional import fees are incurred by ourselves – and not passed onto you.

International shipments outside of the European Union may be held by your local customs authority for an additional time for an assessment of duty fees or sales tax. Please keep hold of your tracking information, you will be notified by the courier whether your items are being held.

Can I collect an order from your stores?

Unfortunately we do not offer a click and collect service from our stores for your online order.
If you wish to check the stock availability of our stores, please contact them directly and they will be able to assist you.

Can I change the delivery address?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we cannot change your delivery address. Please take your time when submitting your order.

After dispatch please contact DHL directly to make any changes. The UK customer service number is 0844 248 0844.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide using DHL Express. If you have an enquiry about if we ship to you please contact us.

Please note that due to the ongoing situation in Ukraine, we do not ship to Russia.

How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail/text from DHL with your waybill number. This can be used to refer to your shipment and track it on the DHL website.

Will I be charged any extra taxes/duty fees upon delivery?

    Once again… Our EU customers pay no duty!!

Orders delivered outside the European Union may attract additional import duty or local sales tax. This is to be paid by the receiver upon arrival in the country or at delivery. Rules and charges vary by country and local governments.
