SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping varies depending on where in the world you are ordering. Please see the below shipping methods, times and prices to know when you can expect your order.

*Free shipping on domestic orders over £100.


EU orders

No duty is charged for EU orders, any additional import and duty fees are incurred by ourselves – and not passed on to you. Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 working days for your DPD shipping confirmation e-mail which is generated from our logistics partner in the Netherlands.


International orders

International shipments outside of the European Union may be held by your local customs authority for additional time to be assessed for duty fees or sales tax. Please keep hold of your tracking information, you will be notified by the courier whether your items are being held.


US orders

A single order valued at US$800 or above will result in a custom duty. Customers are responsible for US duties, taxes and fees that may be due under US law. Please refer to the US Tariff Act of 1930 (“Section 321”) for more information.

 

Sale orders

During our busiest sale periods, please expect some delays in shipping orders. Your order may take up to 5 working days longer than our usual shipping times.

RETURNS INFORMATION

You can return your order up to 14 days after your order has been received. We do not offer exchanges. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed and in resellable condition with original tags and packaging intact. Earrings may not be returned.


Returns by mail

Returns by mail are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using a service with tracking and for higher priced returns we recommend using an insured service with tracking.

Returns to store

You can drop off a return to one of our London stores to be sent to us for processing, however, please note that your return will take slightly longer to process and the quickest and most effective way is to send it directly to us using the returns information provided.

If you are returning to a store, please ensure you package up your return as you would if returning by mail. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for online orders in our stores at this time.
