Shipping Information

Shipping varies depending on where in the world you are ordering. Please see the below shipping methods, times and prices to know when you can expect your order.

EU Orders

All orders are delivered duty paid (DDP). All prices on our site include European Union value-added tax (EU VAT) for shipments within the EU, charged at the prevailing local rate where applicable. No additional charges should incur upon delivery.

If you wish to withdraw from your order, please submit a cancellation request via the cancellation request form, or via online return portal, depending on the status of your order.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method. If your order has already been dispatched, your withdrawal request will remain valid and you may return the order in accordance with our Returns Policy. Where applicable, return shipping fees will apply.

 

US Orders

All orders are delivered duty paid (DDP). The final price presented at checkout includes local US Sales Tax and all applicable tax, duties and tariffs. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.

 

Rest of World Orders

For countries outside the UK, US and EU, orders are delivered duty paid (DDP) and include all applicable tax, duties and tariffs. However, in some regions, additional import duties or local taxes may still apply depending on local regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Sale Orders

During sale periods, please expect some delays in shipping orders. Your order may take up to 5 working days longer than our usual shipping times.

 

Collect in Store Orders

We offer a free collect in store option at our Hanbury Street, Shoreditch and Poland Street, Soho stores. If available for your item(s), it will be presented as a delivery option at checkout.

Orders will be available for collection in 1-2 working days and you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please have your order confirmation email and a valid ID (passport or photo driving license) with you. If you are not collecting the order yourself, they will need to show a copy of the ready for collection email and also have their ID as confirmation.

You have 7 days to collect your order. Any order not picked up after 7 days will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued.

Please note, that you will need to pick up your order in person when choosing this delivery method at checkout. It is not possible to get your order shipped from the store. If collect in store is not showing at checkout, the item(s) are available for online delivery.




Returns Information

Orders placed on youmustcreate.com are eligible for return within 28 days of receipt for a refund or online credit - or for UK customers, an exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags, and in unaltered condition. We do not offer international exchanges.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. If online credit is selected, a gift card will be issued by email once the return is processed. Once online credit has been chosen, it cannot be changed to a monetary refund. Online credit is valid for one year from date of issue.

UK Returns & Exchanges

We provide an online returns service for all UK customers using our online return portal. We offer returns and exchanges within the UK, we do not offer exchanges on sale items. The cost of returning your items will be deducted from your total refund amount or may be charged for separately. To generate a returns prepaid label/QR code, please register your return and fill in information about your package below:

Information on your return or exchange will be emailed to you including your return label or QR code for printerless returns if available. Please ensure you use this label to avoid any extra charges and retain your proof of postage. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once this has been received by our warehouse.

Once your return is received in the warehouse, your exchange will be processed and you will receive tracking information once shipped. If the item requested is not available, you will receive a full refund. When making an exchange please note that Klarna, Clearpay, PayPal and gift cards cannot be used to pay the remaining balance.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in store for online orders, please use our online return portal to return your online order.

 

Collect in Store Returns

Orders placed to collect in store are eligible for return within 28 days of receipt of collection and can be returned in store only.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags and in unaltered condition following our returns policy.

 

EU & International Returns

Please use our online return portal to initiate your return. The cost of returning your items will be deducted from your total refund amount or may be charged for separately. To generate a pre-paid returns label/QR code, please register your return and fill in information about your package below:

Please note, if you have returned your item to us in a method not listed above, we are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or additional costs including any duties, taxes or charges that may incur.
