Please note that we do not ship to: Belarus, Israel, Libya, Palestine, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan and Yemen.
EU orders
All prices on our site are inclusive of European Union value added tax (VAT) for shipments within the EU at the prevailing rate where applicable.
International orders
International shipments outside of the European Union may incur additional import duty or local sales tax. Rules and charges vary by country and local governments.
US orders
All prices on our site are inclusive of US custom duty and import tax. Customers are responsible for any additional US duties, taxes and fees that may be due under US law.
For all orders outside of the UK, occasionally shipments may be held by your local customs authority for assessment. Please keep hold of your tracking information, you will be notified by the courier if this occurs.
Sale orders
During sale periods, please expect some delays in shipping orders. Your order may take up to 5 working days longer than our usual shipping times.
Returns Information
Orders placed on youmustcreate.com are eligible for return within 28 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags, and in unaltered condition. We do not offer exchanges.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
UK Returns
We provide a free online returns service for all UK customers using our online return portal To generate a free returns label/QR code, please register your return and fill in information about your package below:
Information on your return will be emailed to you including your free returns label or QR code for printerless returns if available. Please ensure you use this label to avoid any extra charges and retain your proof of postage. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once this has been received by our warehouse.
We do not accept returns or exchanges in store for online orders, please use our online return portal to return your online order.
EU & International Returns
Please use our online return portal to initiate your return. The cost of returning your items will be deducted from your total refund amount or may be charged for separately. To generate a pre-paid returns label/QR code, please register your return and fill in information about your package below:
