DISCOUNT COUPONS & ONLINE OFFERS
From time to time we may issue promotional discount codes or online offers. Unless stated otherwise, they are not valid in conjunction with any other coupon, discount offer, or promotion. And they cannot be applied to any previous purchases.
YMC reserves the right to withdraw or alter the details of any promotion or offer at any time.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund the price difference due to further markdown in sale.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately we cannot make any changes or cancellation to your order once it has been placed. Please carefully read your details and order information when submitting.
If you need to change your delivery address, please visit the DHL on demand website https://www.ondemand.dhl.com/ and enter the tracking number you received from DHL’s notification email. The website asks for your phone number for verification so we cannot change it for you on our end.
Can I use my physical gift card, online?
No. Physical Gift Cards of any kind that were purchased in store cannot be redeemed online.
How do I use my promotion code on my order?
At the checkout you will be able to enter your promotion code. When you click “Apply” it will be added to your order. Unfortunately, we cannot reissue a promotion code in the event that your original order is returned to us.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Unfortunately orders made separately by the same person/ going to the same address cannot be combined once they have been placed.
How do I know my order has been processed?
We like to keep you updated as possible with the journey of your order and will send you email notifications at each stage.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, it may be that an incorrect e-mail address was specified or the confirmation email has ended up in your junk/ spam. If neither are the case, please get in touch with our Customer Service and we will confirm your order has gone through.
You will then receive a second e-mail to confirm your order is processing and payment is then authorised. We aim to process orders within 3 working days.
We will then send you a final email once your order is complete and ready to be dispatched.
Do your prices include tax?
All prices on our site are in pound sterling (GBP £) and are inclusive of European Union value added tax (VAT) for shipments within the EU at the prevailing rate where applicable.
Please be aware that orders delivered outside the European Union may attract additional import duty or local sales tax. This is to be paid by the receiver upon arrival in the country or at delivery. Rules and charges vary by country and local governments.
