What if I’m not in to sign for my delivery?

DPD and DHL will contact you with instructions on how to reschedule. If you do not hear from them, please contact the courier directly. 

Can I collect an order from your stores?

Unfortunately we do not offer a click and collect service from our stores for your online order. If you wish to check the stock availability of our stores, please contact them directly using the details below and they will be able to assist you.

Can my order be delivered to a different address to my billing address?

Yes, you can choose a different shipping address upon checkout.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we cannot change your delivery address.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide using DPD and DHL. If you have an enquiry about if we ship to you please contact us.

Please note that we do not ship to: Belarus, Israel, Libya, Palestine, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan and Yemen.

How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped you will be contacted by DHL or DPD with your waybill number. This can be used to refer to your shipment and to track it on the courier website.

Will I be charged any extra taxes and/or duty fees upon delivery?

Our EU customers pay no duty. Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur additional import duty or local sales tax. This is to be paid by the receiver upon arrival in the country or at delivery. Rules and charges vary by country and local governments.
