Can I collect an order from your stores?

Can my order be delivered to a different address to my billing address?
Yes, you can choose a different shipping address upon checkout.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we cannot change your delivery address.
After dispatch, please contact DHL directly to make any changes. The UK customer service number is 0844 248 0844 or please visit the DHL on demand website here and enter the tracking number you received from DHL’s notification email.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide using DHL Express. If you have an enquiry about if we ship to you please contact us.
Please note that due to the ongoing situation in Ukraine, we do not ship to Russia.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped you will receive an email/text from DHL with your waybill number. This can be used to refer to your shipment and to track it on the DHL website.
Will I be charged any extra taxes and/or duty fees upon delivery?
Our EU customers pay no duty. Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur additional import duty or local sales tax. This is to be paid by the receiver upon arrival in the country or at delivery. Rules and charges vary by country and local governments.
