How do I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and picked up by your courier.
What if I’m not in to sign for my delivery?
Your courier will contact you with instructions on how to reschedule, you should be able to change your delivery options with your courier.
Can my order be delivered to a different address to my billing address?
Yes, you can choose a different shipping address upon checkout.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we cannot change your delivery address.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact the courier directly.
Why is an item not available for delivery to my location?
If you are seeing the ‘This product is not available for delivery to your location’ message at checkout, this item is available for collection in store only and not online delivery.
Changing your delivery address will not update the availability if an item is available for collection only as this is based on your selected shipping method.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Please note that we do not ship to: Belarus, Israel, Libya, Palestine, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan and Yemen.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking information alongside a tracking notifcation from your courier. This can be used to track your order on the courier website.
Will I be charged any extra taxes and/or duty fees upon delivery?
Any tax and/or duty fees where applicable are included. No additional charges should incur upon delivery, please contact orders@youmustcreate.com if you have any questions.
Can I collect my order in store?
If collect in store is available for the item(s) in your order, it will be presented as a delivery option at checkout. We also have an ‘Available In Store’ feature on the product pages to indicate if this is an option before reaching checkout.

Do I have to pay to collect in store?
We offer a free collect in store option if a product is available in store.
When will my order be available for collection?
Orders will be available for collection in 1-2 working days. There may be delays during holiday and sale periods.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation email before you come in to collect your order. Please also check the store opening times to make sure this is a suitable option for you.
How long do I have to collect my order?
You have 14 days to collect your order. Any order not picked up after 14 days will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued.
