How long do I have to return my order?

How do I return my online order?

Please ensure all the items you are returning have been registered on the returns portal and comply with our returns policy. If you are returning an item not registered within your initial returns label, this may cause some delays processing your return.
Why is my order not showing on the returns portal?
Please make sure that your email is the same as the email address you placed your order with. Your order number should start with YMC, followed by 6 digits (i.e YMC123456). If you still have issues registering your return, please reach out to orders@youmustcreate.com
How long do returns take to process?
Please allow up to 14 days for your online order return to be processed once this has been received by our warehouse. Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3 – 5 working days after processing or 1 working day for PayPal orders.
What is the online credit option for returns?
You can select online credit on our returns portal. If selected, a gift card will be issued by email once the return is processed. Once online credit has been chosen, it cannot be changed to a monetary value. Online credit is valid for one year from date of issue.
Can I exchange my online order?
We offer exchanges within the UK only. We do not offer exchanges on sale items. Information on your exchange will be emailed to you including your return label. Once your return is received in the warehouse, your exchange will be processed and you will receive tracking information once shipped. If the item requested is not available, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method(s).
Why can’t I use a gift card or alternative payment method on my exchange request?
If there is a difference to pay between your return value and exchange request, payment can be made on our returns portal. Please note that Klarna, PayPal, Clearpay and gift cards cannot be used to pay the difference on the returns portal.
Can I refund/exchange my online order in store?
We currently do not offer exchanges or return items bought online or process any online related transactions directly in the stores. Please use our online return portalto arrange your return for your online order at returns.youmustcreate.com
I received an incorrect or faulty product, what should I do?
On the rare occasion that you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please reach out to orders@youmustcreate.com and our team will respond to you as quickly as possible.
I received an item as a gift, can I return it?
Any item returned will be credited to the original payment method. Unfortunately, we do not offer credit notes or an alternative return arrangement for gifts purchased online.
Can I return an item bought on sale?

Do I have to pay for my return?
The cost of your return will be deducted from your total refund amount or may be charged for separately using our online returns portal. Here, you will be able to see the cost of your return as this differs for international customers depending on your location. We have also included a table on returns cost by location on our Shipping and Returns page.
How do I return my collect in store order?
Orders placed to collect in store are eligible for return within 28 days of receipt of collection and can be returned in store only.
