What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as well as Visa Debit. You can also checkout with PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay. We are unable to take payments over the phone.

When selecting to pay via PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal site to log in and review your details/the order.

Instalment plans are in cooperation with Klarna or Clearpay.

Klarna’s Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Clearpay’s Pay in 4 instalments is an interest-free, unregulated credit agreement. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and your ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents (excluding Channel Islands) only. Subject to status. When will my payment be charged?

Payment is authorised and captured at the time of placing your order. You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order, at this point payment has been captured.

If you have paid by Klarna instalment plan, you can view the payment history on the Klarna website or in the Klarna app. For Clearpay, you can view your payment history within the app.
