What payment methods can I use?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as well as Visa Debit. You can also check out with Klarna, Clearpay and Shop Pay Installments. We are unable to take payments over the phone.

When selecting to pay via PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal site to log in and review your details/the order.

Klarna’s Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Clearpay’s Pay in 4 instalments is an interest-free, unregulated credit agreement. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and your ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents (excluding Channel Islands) only. Subject to status. Shop Pay Installments lets eligible customers split orders into monthly payments, with rates from 0–36% APR (subject to eligibility, with a down payment required in some cases). It is provided by Affirm. 18+, UK only. No late fees, but missed or partial payments may impact your credit score and future eligibility. Gift card products are excluded. When will my payment be charged?

Payment is authorised and captured at the time of placing your order. You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order, at this point payment has been captured.

If you have paid by Klarna instalment plan, you can view the payment history on the Klarna website or in the Klarna app. For Clearpay, you can view your payment history within the app. For Shop Pay Installments, you can view your payment schedule and manage payments in the Shop app.
