Why has my payment been declined?

We attempt to authorise payment upon dispatch. If your payment was declined this can often be due to a lack of funds or an issue with your bank at the time of authorisation. We will e-mail you straight away to inform you of this and can offer alternative options to complete your order.

When will my payment be charged?

Your card or PayPal account will be charged once your order is ready for dispatch. You will receive an e-mail to confirm dispatch.
