If your payment was declined this can often be due to a lack of funds or an issue with your bank at the time of authorisation.

Please speak to your bank in order to resolve the issue.

Payment is authorised and captured the time of placing the order.

You will receive an e-mail to confirm we have received your order, at this point payment has been captured.

If you have paid by Klarna instalment plan, you can view the payment history on the Klarna website or in the Klarna app.
