STORE PURCHASE TERMS AND CONIDITONS
Returns for a refund must be made within 7 days of purchase (this includes SALE items bought online), and returns for an exchange or gift card must be made within 14 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges can only be offered with a receipt of the goods and are made at the staff’s discretion. Please note that we can only offer exchanges and not refunds in store during promotional and sale periods.
We will only accept items with all original tags and any packaging intact. We will not accept items that have signs of wear or where the tags have been removed. All socks, shoes and sunglasses must be returned in their original boxes and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, OUR RETURNS PERIOD HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 6 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
We will only accept items that are unused and returned within 14 days of delivery with all original tags and any packaging intact. We will not accept items that have signs of wear or where the tags have been removed. All perfume, socks, shoes and sunglasses must be returned in their original boxes and packaging. All Archive Sale items are sold as final sale. We do not accept returns / exchanges on these items.
RETURN BY MAIL:
Returns by mail are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using a service with tracking. Within the UK we recommend ‘Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded’. Internationally, you could use your local country’s postal service with tracking. For higher priced returns we recommend using an insured service with tracking.

RETURN TO STORE:
You can drop off a return in one of our London stores to be sent to us for processing.
Alternatively you can make an exchange in store. Any remaining balance for exchanges of a lower value will be returned to a store gift card. We don’t offer full refunds for online orders in store at this time.
Please be sure to bring along your packing slip enclosed in your package or have your confirmation e-mail handy.
