ONLINE PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but it’s easy to return to us if you’ve changed your mind.
We ask for communication of notice within 14 days of receipt of goods regarding the return so we can prepare for it and provide you with your RAC code, that you will need to complete your returns slip.
RETURN BY MAIL:
Returns by mail are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using a service with tracking.
For higher priced returns we recommend using an insured service with tracking.
For returns please be sure to include a completed returns form enclosed in your package and send to the following address:

All products have a one year guarantee.
RETURN TO STORE:
You can drop off a return in one of our London stores to be sent to us for processing, however please note that your return will take slightly longer to process and the quickest and most effective way is to send directly.
Please ensure you package up your return as you would if returning by mail.
We cannot offer refund or exchanges for online orders in our stores stores at this time.
STORE PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITONS
Returns for a refund must be made within 7 days of purchase, and returns for an exchange or gift card must be made within 14 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges can only be offered with a receipt of the goods and are made at the staff’s discretion. Please note that we can only offer exchanges and not refunds in store during promotional and sale periods.
We will only accept items with all original tags and any packaging intact. We will not accept items that have signs of wear or where the tags have been removed. All socks, shoes and sunglasses must be returned in their original boxes and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your online order return to be processed once this has been received by our warehouse.
Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3 – 5 working days after processing or 1 working day for PayPal orders.

We can’t refund online orders in store at this time but you can drop off your return in store to be sent to us for processing.
Please be sure to bring along your packing slip enclosed in your package or have your confirmation e-mail handy.
