How long do returns take to process?

We aim to process returns within 5 working days of delivery. During busy periods please allow up to 2 weeks.

Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3 – 5 working days after processing or 1 working day for PayPal orders.

How do I return an item?

Please be sure to include a completed returns form enclosed in your package and send to the following address:

We will only accept items that are unused and returned with all original tags and any packaging intact. We will not accept items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed. All shoes and eyewear must be returned in their original boxes.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer as we don’t offer a free return or collection service at this time. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using a standard tracked service such as Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded within the UK. For higher priced returns we recommend using a tracked insured service.

Alternatively you can drop off a return in one of our London stores to be sent to us for processing. You can also make an exchange from an online order in store. Please be sure to bring along your packing slip enclosed in your package.

Can I drop off my return in store?

Yes! The store staff will send it to us for processing. Please be sure to include a completed returns form enclosed in your package.

We also accept exchanges of online orders in store. Please be sure to bring along your packing slip enclosed in your package.

Can I refund/exchange my online order in store?

We can’t refund online orders in store at this time but you can drop off your return in store to be sent to us for processing. We can however accept exchanges of online orders in store. Please be sure to include a completed returns form.
