Can I place an order without creating an account?
You can make a purchase without creating an account, however, creating an account makes tracking your order history as well as checking out easier.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. Please carefully read your details and order information when submitting your order.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact the courier directly.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email orders@youmustcreate.com as soon as you decide you want to cancel your order. We will do our best to cancel it in time however if the order is already picked and processed we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case, you may return the order using our online return portal for a refund.
Why is my discount code not working?
From time to time we may issue promotional discount codes however unless stated otherwise, they are not valid in conjunction with any other discount or promotion and are not redeemable on any previous purchases. Product exclusions apply. If you have a valid code that is not applying to your basket, please email us orders@youmustcreate.com for assistance.
YMC reserves the right to withdraw or alter the details of any promotion or offer at any time.
How do I use my discount code on my order?
At the checkout you will be able to enter your discount code. When you click “apply” it will be added to your order and the qualifying items in your basket. Unfortunately, we cannot reissue a promotion code in the event that your original order is returned to us.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Unfortunately orders made separately by the same person/going to the same address cannot be combined once they have been placed.
How do I know my order has been processed?
We like to keep you updated with the journey of your order and will send you email notifications at each stage. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, if you do not receive this, it may be that an incorrect email address was inputted or the confirmation email has ended up in your junk/spam. If neither are the case, please email us at orders@youmustcreate.com to check/confirm if your order has gone through.
You will then receive a second email to confirm your order is packed and ready to be dispatched with your tracking number. We aim to process orders within 3 working days. We will then send you a final email once your order is delivered.
Do your prices include tax?
All prices on our site are inclusive of tax and/or duties.
Please be aware that orders delivered outside the UK may incur additional import duty or local sales tax. Rules and charges vary by country and local governments.
Do you offer price adjustment?
Unfortunately we are unable to price match or refund the price difference due to further markdowns in sale.
